Day 4: Landing and Balancing

Remember to look at the slides on the Virtual Sports Day Website - today you will see Luke showing off his jumping skills doing the broom jump! See how many he can do in 30 seconds!! Pick a dance to warm up with from the 'Dance Warm Ups' tab on the website or choose a song to dance to from the website playlist in the 'What you Will Need' tab 🕺🏾🏾🕺🏻🏻🩰🔊 3. Go to the 'Day 4: Landing/Balancing' tab and read the event explainer, then look at the teachers from Powerstown ETNS doing some of the challenges in the slideshow! Today Luke is the star of the show!!🏻🏻🏻🏻🏻🏻♀️🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣 4. Complete as many of the 'Day 4: Landing/Balancing' challenges as you like and record a short video of you doing each. 5. Try to compete with yourself first - try to beat each score you get by doing each activity multiple times! 🥇🥈🥉 6. Post your favourite/best video to your Google Classroom page and challenge your friends or teachers and school staff!! 7.
